Super Bowl Nachos

No sense in missing out during the Super Bowl. These vegan nachos are amazing. Thanks Kate for reminding me how fun and tasty nachos can be.
Ingredients:
Nacho chips
Vegan cheese (Violife melts well)
Salsa (I love Pace)
refried beans (vegan)
avocados
guacamole
vegan sour cream
red peppers
sliced jalapeños
diced onions
diced tomatoes
fresh cilantro
Preheat the oven to 350 Place the chips on a baking sheet. then generously add cheese. It usually takes from 3 to 15 minutes to melt the cheese. check it about every 3 minutes until the cheese has melted. Add the rest of the toppings, or provide bowls for the toppings and let everyone create their own masterpiece. Eat it while it's hot, better to make more than have soggy leftovers.
Hint: If you are using refried beans, spread them on the chips and then add the cheese. Use whichever toppings you love.
