Hip hip hooray Dark Chocolate is here to stay!

I have always been a huge fan of dark chocolate. As my friends will tell you, buy me a bar of dark chocolate, and I'm in heaven. Now it turns out that eating a square of dark chocolate a day is super good for you, body and soul. One study showed that dark chocolate has more antioxidants than blueberries. In addition, it has polyphenols, (Promotes healthy blood vessels and blood pressure) and is a prebiotic (supports digestive health and boosts your immune system) SCORE!


So here is the latest advice on dark chocolate eating: the chocolate should be at least 70% cacao. Put a square on, or under your tongue, without letting it touch your teeth. Let it melt for at least 2 minutes.

It turns out that eating dark chocolate this way activates the endorphins and enkephalins in your brain that make you feel good. The advice is one square, but you can have a 2nd one if you want.
