Granola Powerhouse Breakfast

Delicious and easy. Here's a breakfast that is a powerhouse for the antioxidants and protein.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of granola (Sam's Clubs MASON ST is amazing)
1 small apple chopped
1/4 cup walnut pieces
1/4 cup cherries, fresh or dried
1/2 banana sliced
3 Tbsp. dairy free yogurt (culina brand, sour cherry almond is also amazing)

Put it all together in a bowl and enjoy.

Serves 1

Protein 12 grams per serving

Tips: Add your favorite fresh fruit. The culina yogurt has billions of probiotics, and they are making a made-for-TV movie about the inventor of it. Try it and you will understand.
