Caesar Dressing

This recipe is from: The Blossom Cookbook: Classic Favorites from the Restaurant That Pioneered a New Vegan Cuisine April 25, 2017 by Ronen Seri and Pamela Elizabeth I highly recommend that you make a reservation at one of the Blossom Restaurants., if you are in New York City. Absolutely the most fabulous vegan food that I have ever tasted. Ingredients 1 cup vegan mayonnaise 2 garlic cloves 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. capers 1 1/2 tsp. nutritional yeast 1 pinch of black pepper 1/3 cup water or caper liquid Mix together in a high speed blender until smooth. Use less liquid for a thicker dressing. Store in the refrigerator. This dressing is a staple in my refrigerator, it is also unbelievable on cooked cauliflower.
