This blog is for you


Whatever your reason is to eat more plant based food, this blog is for you. I will only include favorite recipes of mine, family and friends. It's fun to be able to prepare and eat savory food. I encourage you to make the recipes your own. Taste as you go. Always ask yourself and those that you cook for, "How is it? Does it need something different? What might you like to try next time?" I don't want you to have to sift through 100's of vegan recipes that aren't that tasty. Eating a plane based diet can be a culinary teat. The protein is calculated for each serving for those that are monitoring their protein intake.


If you are interested, I am including tips on how to get the most out of being vegan. That will include supplies that you might need, natural remedies, teas that will help you absorb nutrition better, and introducing you to sites that are thought provoking and potentially life changing. For me becoming a healthy vegan has been a rewarding experience. Like any good journey, I did not have to do it alone. Family and friends challenged and encouraged me. They gave me invaluable help along the way. The purpose of this blog is to pass that support forward.
